Das Tenorsaxophon ist zwei Oktaven tiefer als das Altsaxophon und ist auĂerdem in B gestimmt. Dadurch ist es dem
Altsaxophon oft unterstellt, begeistert allerdings durch seinen tieferen und aussagekräftigen Ton. Besonders in
der Jazzmusik ist das Tenorsax zu finden.
